Availability & pricing for a 30-day stay 

1. Coastal Retreat (no hot tub access): $ 7,800.00 - 30-day stay

Both package options include: 

Full cottage rental, utilities, on-site laundry, assorted beach gear, towels and sports equipment, linens, starter supplies for pantry, toiletry essentials, cleaning supplies, bbq and firewood, end-of-stay cleaning, parking and private ⅔-acre property access

• Plus no HST, and no cleaning or service fees will be charged! That's a lot of savings - @ $1,700.00!

2. Coastal Serenity Spa (with hot tub access): $ 8,800.00 - 30-day stay

Includes everything in The Coastal Retreat Package plus:

• Private exclusive use of the hot tub for the duration of the stay
• Weekly maintenance visits with water testing and balancing
• Top-up of water as required
• General safety inspection and cover check
• Use of electricity to heat the hot tub (wood-fired option will not be available)
• Drain + clean at end of month 

Friends & Family Discount

We are pleased to offer our close network a 5% discount off these rates for 2026. That means:

• Coastal Retreat Package: $7,410.00 for a 30-day stay (after discount)
• Coastal Serenity Spa Package: $8,360.00 for a 30-day stay (after discount)

Discount applies automatically when you book directly with us.

Many cottages in Lakeside charge HST, cleaning fees and vacation rental booking platform fees. We don't. You will save an estimated $1,700.00 on these fees alone!

Additional notes:

• Minimum 30-day stay
• Two guests (plus a maximum of two visitors at any given time)
• No smoking or vaping of any kind and no parties or events (we love our neighbours)!
• Small, well-behaved dog may be considered with prior approval - for an additional fee 

Security deposit: 

• To secure the cottage a refundable deposit of $500.00 is required upon confirmation. 
• A 50% deposit is due at time of booking to hold the reservation.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
