Availability & pricing for a 30-day stay

For 2026 we are offering special introductory pricing with two package options:

1. Basic package: Cottage with no hot tub access: $ 6,000.00

2. All-inclusive premium package: Cottage with hot tub access/service package $ 6,800.00

Hot tub service package includes:

Private exclusive use of hot tub for the duration of the stay
Orientation on day 1
Water fill, chemical balance and instruction sheet
Twice-weekly maintenance visits with water testing and balancing
Top-up of water as required
General safety inspection and cover check
Use of electricity to heat the hot tub (wood-fired option will not be available)
Drain + clean at end of month

Bonus savings:

Many cottages in Lakeside charge HST, cleaning fees and booking platform fees.

For 2026 we are not charging any of these fees. You will save over $1,800.00 on these fees alone plus you get our introductory rates only for 2026!

Both package options include:

Utilities
Internet and electric desk for remote work
Wall-mounted, 40-inch TV
Assorted beach gear
Firewood (starter bundle)
One tank of BBQ propane
On-site laundry facilities (washer/dryer), clothes line and starter kit of laundry and cleaning supplies
Starter supplies for kitchen
Toiletry essentials (soap, shampoo, conditioner and starter package of toilet paper)
Bed linens, towels, pillows and beach towels

Additional notes:

Minimum 30-day stay
Two guests (maximum of two visitors at any given time)
No smoking or vaping of any kind and no parties or events (we love our neighbours)!
Small well-behaved dog may be considered with prior approval for an additional fee

Security deposit:

To secure the cottage a refundable deposit of $750.00 is required upon confirmation.
A 50% deposit is due at time of booking to hold the reservation.
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
